Marie's Profile
Marie is a successful Director with experience in the public and private sectors. She has many years’ leadership and management experience applied in the context of major organisational change. She now concentrates on teaching, coaching and mentoring, giving a strong commitment to the professional development of others. She is a lecturer with a number of top UK business schools and is both mentor and coach to private clients.

As a management practitioner, Marie now works on an interim basis with organisations needing to make significant changes in what they do and the way they do it. She has worked with new businesses and is currently consultant to an eCommerce start-up business, helping the proprietor develop and implement strategy and systems. As a mentor and coach, she uses well recognised and effective techniques that help clients establish new goals and ways to achieve them.

She teaches people on a range of management qualification programmes with the focus on people and performance management, strategic management and organisational development. She has contributed to the development of Master’s programmes (Master in Business Administration and Master in Public Administration) working both face to face with students and through a range of electronic media including eClassrooms, blogs, Wikis, intranets and websites. Her students consistently achieve success.
