Organisational Development
Consultant
Responsible for providing OD support to a programme to develop a 10-year
strategy for health and social care. Outputs included: design and launch
of a two-year development programme to create the strategy and embed
its aims and processes into day to day management.
Project Director
Responsible for developing a successful proposal for creating a new
Teaching Primary Care Trust. Outputs included:
