Let me introduce myself and my company, Moving On. I am the Director of the company, which specializes in providing management education, coaching and mentoring. We work with managers at senior level or those with high potential who are seeking to gain senior level appointments. Our aim is to enable people to define and achieve their personal change objectives, whether these relate to attaining a Master’s qualification or to changing management systems at work.

Moving On focuses on facilitating change management, performance management personal development. We bring a unique combination of practical and academic experience together to enable clients to they grow from where they are to where they want to be. We work with individuals and organisations, using techniques that focus on identifying what changes are needed and then developing practical ways to achieve them. I myself am a University teacher, coach and mentor with a portfolio of interests which include working on Master’s degree programmes for several top UK business schools. I specialize in working with students in electronic learning environments and work with individuals and groups from around the world. I am supporting an eCommerce start-up enterprise, and I facilitate individual and organizational development in the public and not-for-profit sectors. The links on the side bar tell you a bit more.
